Bag Making Unit

The Bag Making Unit at ArtAsia Polyfab Industry is equipped with a range of specialized machines that play key roles in the bag manufacturing process. Cutting Machine: This machine precisely cuts the PP woven fabric into the desired dimensions and shapes for bag production. It ensures accurate and clean cuts, maintaining consistency throughout the manufacturing process.
Folding Machine: The folding machine takes the cut fabric and folds it into the required form for bag construction. It ensures proper alignment and uniformity, creating a solid foundation for the subsequent steps.
Stitching Machine: Stitching machines are used to join the fabric panels together, creating the body of the bag. These machines employ strong stitching techniques to ensure durable and secure seams.
Sealing Machine: Sealing machines are employed to seal the edges or openings of bags, providing enhanced strength and preventing leakage. Heat sealing is a standard method where heat is applied to melt the fabric layers together, creating a secure seal.
